(Streams from the WEB client are not normally used.
Therefore, the WEB client is removed, with this deleting a lot of unusable code.)
-YouTubeVideoUrl: fix E225 missing whitespace around operator
-YouTubeVideoUrl: recreate priority list also for live streams
-YouTubeVideoUrl: remove unused parametrs in _extract_player_response
(I intended them for the IOS client to use for Live HLS streams.
Unfortunately, these streams are just video without sound.)

Where on OpenATV 7.0 has broken backward compatibility.

It is possible that the suggestion from the thread is set when the screen is already closed and this may cause a KeyError.
