I've been trying to resolve what's happening in VPS with multics for some time.
My or others lines are always doing on/off.

If you are using the same OS Linux Ubuntu or Debian all the time, reinstall and update it sometimes. I think it will help..

But it's a new one multics on vps ubuntu 20.04.
