Movistar+ 1810 Black Screen !

Hi everybody

do everyone having black screen when there's a live event on some movistar channels like LA LIGA HD, ESTRENOS 2 HD, SERIES 2 HD ... and many others ??
which version is the most suitable for this provider ? or it's a global issue with everyone ?

These channels don't work for me either, although I have the updated profile ...

so it's a global issue as i think .. and the cause still ambiguous may it be a cak7 merllin actived on those channels, or it's some marked cards that cause this issue !
i don't know if someone have these channels stables while it's freezing with others!
because i've heard about some servers seems okey while everyone is complaining . but i don't know if it's true or not !
